Your best bet is to buy fresh coconuts and drink the water from the actual plant and eat the coconut meats rather than spend three times as much on a can of coconut water.
Common sense, because I've bought and tried coconut water. What a rip, when I can just buy the actual nut and drink it and eat it and get far more benefit from the active nutrients that haven't oxidized from canning.
