Wht are the natural laxative tht we have in nature ??


Question: cuz i need a laxative soo bad right now , and i'm agains't meds!

Herbs -
Alfalfa may aid in detoxifying the body.
Aloe vera promotes healing and cleansing of the digestive tract.
Milk thistle may help to destroy harmful bacteria in the colon.

Vitamins -
Vitamin C promotes cleansing and healing.
Vitamin E may aid in the healing of the colon.
Vitamin B-complex may assist improper digestion.
Vitamin D has properties that may help to prevent colon cancer.

Dairy products, meat, refined flour, alcohol, and sugar are difficult to digest and have very little fiber content. Avoid such foods and eat plenty of high-fiber fruits and vegetables.

Herbal Laxatives:

The most frequently used laxative herb is cascara sagrada. Senna, the second most-frequently used one, is actually a purgative; it is stronger and harsher (1 cup of the tea daily).

Other laxatives include aloe vera, licorice root, psyllium seed, wahoo bark, and dandelion root (when there is liver involvement). They can be combined or taken individually. Some like cascara and senna, operate by purging the bowels; others such as psyllium seed, flaxseed, and agar agar provide a soft gel-like bulk that slides it out.

During fevers, these laxative herbs help cool the system by eliminating heat from the intestines.

Here is a list of herbs that promote bowel action:
buckthorn bark, cleavers, agar agar, boneset, flaxseed, licorice root, cascara sagrada, elder, mandrake, motherwort, Oregon grape root, goldenseal, senna, safflower, yellow dock, and peach bark.

epsom salt
Senna Leaf. Get it in the herbal tea form.
epson salts can be very dangerous, try castor oil, a couple spoons and 20 minutes later you'll be running to the bathroom. Also use aloe vera to keep regularity, 2 pills before bedtime are great
tea really helps me
Senna leaf tea, flavor it with honey, it works very quickly
Oranges, prunes and castor oil. Castor oil works the fastest.
Flax seed, and ground flax seed, the fiber in whole grain breads, cereal, and fresh fruit. Lentils , beans, nuts and seeds of all kinds. The list is quite long, but why don't you just eat a fresh crunchy apple peal and all.
