Is this a hangover??
Question: I drank about 5 cosmos last night and now I just woke up with my heart beating fast. Is this a hangover???
Answers: When I drink I can't sleep. It is like I have extra energy even though my body just wants to sleep. Next time drink a big glass of water after the cosmos. and don't forget to pee before you go to bed.
It's your heart/liver in distress mode trying to pump out the toxins. Everything has to work twice as hard in your body whenever you drink. This chronic behavior is why people eventually have disease in their body. So as much fun as it may be, your body doesn't really seem to think so.
