Such thing does not exist! What you have to do is exercise and eat healthy. Eat raw foods and drink lots of water. Limit your foods with preservatives, additives, sodium, etc.
I dont trust diet pills for doing what they say they ll do and for not causing other problems. .

try green tea (esp with meals, it helps breakdown)
lots of water
exercise, swimming, jogging, running, speed walking, sit ups, push ups, w.e. u can start with
little or no soda, alcohol, smaller portions more eating times, no snacks, ice cream, fast food
grapefruit! veggies and fruits

also remember exercise.. you don't need to to ape crazy just moderate exercise will help.

and drink your fluids!

and walk past the burger king more often (or whatever junky places you go to) and chow down on fresh veggies and fruits. not only after a while you'll feel better but lose the mega tons and keep them off and you'll be able to taste the chemicals in all that what you think is great tasting food right now.
