What method of use would be most beneficial to absorb magnesium??
Question: I've heard recently that taking it in pill (oral supplement) form doesn't benefit the average american's needs.. Help!
Answers: Liquid magnesium is absorbed better than capsules or tablets but perhaps magnesium is not available in that form.
Organic magnesium such as magnesium orotate or magnesium gluconate is absorbed better than inorganic magnesium such as magnesium oxide or magnesium carbonate.
There is plenty of magnesium in most nuts and seeds and also a reasonable amount in bread, cereals and muesli.
Magnesium is best absorbed when taken with each meal. If supplements cause diarrhea, lower the dose or use magnesium sulfate or gluconate, which are both easier on the digestive tract.
Magnesium is best absorbed when taken with Calcium, just like Iron is best with Vit C.
