Question: HOW can i get rid of this cankar (probly spelled wrong) sore?

Answers: You need a corticosteroid ointment. There is no definite known cause of canker sores (apthous ulcers).
Normally known as Kenalog in Orabase. Triamcinalone is the active ingredient.
To apply, gently dry off the ulcer with a tissue and, using your little finger, dab on the ointment. Don't rub it in or it will crumble. Do this twice a day after you've eaten and brushed your teeth so that it can be left undisturbed for a while. It will greatly reduce the pain and accelerate healing.
However, there is nothing to prevent them recurring in the future.
not sure if you have it in the interior or exterior but if it is the interior go and buy sea salt at the health food store and put directly on the canker sore, it will hurt a little but will only take a few days to get rid of
gargle with hot water,and,salt combo,stir mixture up good ,and, use like a mouthrinse.
It will just get away when it heals.. the sore should be rested... if its interior (inside ur mouth, ur gums or cheeks) try to chew on the side opposite the sore.
there is also available medicine for mouth sores in the market.... if my memory doesn't fail me, i have tried Pyralvex (anthraquinone) it has antibacterial and analgesic properties...

Try not to eat sugary/rough textured foods....they will make it hurt even more! making a 25% salt 75% water mixture and gargling it twice a day will make it go away quickly.
Go to CVS and pick up a bottle of UlcerEase. Rinse your mouth with that when you have pain. Stay away from spicy foods.
