Answers: Crest has great teeth whitening products. They have Pastes that you can put on at night and strips too. They are proven effective so i would buy them. You can get it from Pharmacy's. You can also go to a dentist and they whiten teeth (so i've heard) or Bright Smile (the name say's it all) But that will be a bit more costly so i'd go with the Crest products.

Baking soda and Peroxide

when you brush your teeth... either on your tooth brush or a rag dip it into peroxide and then dip in to baking soda... you dont need alot of baking soda... half a pea size. Brush for over a minute whenever you have the chance.
