White bumps at the roof of mouth??
Question: I recently noticed a cluster of white bumps at the roof of my mouth. It was never there before Yet my dentist says it's a natural bump - whatever that means. Additionally, I've experienced occasional burning tongue. I'm going to see an oral surgeon next but I'm curious as to what these symptoms might be.

It depends on where on the roof of your mouth these bumps are locate. Near the front (i.e. near the area where people typically burn their mouths eating pizza), they might be something called rugae . Beyond that, the roof of your mouth should be smooth.
In the future, it'd be helpful if you provide us with a little more history than it was never there before . When did you notice them? How big are they? Are they hard or soft? Are they pure white, off white, white/pink? How many of them are there? You get the idea.
As for the burning tongue, there are various causes for that. Certain vitamin deficiencies can cause it, such as B12 deficiency. There are, of course, other reasons. Allergic reaction, trauma from foods, etc.
it also could be a yeast infection...yes men get it and in the mouth as well. go see your doctor!
i would take some bynadril. see if that helps. but u need to to something about it soon. it could get worse or maybe contaigious or something. you may never know

How long ago did they appear? You did not provide enough detail to get a sufficiant answer. Go to your oral surgeon, they may take a biopsy of the area to make sure everything is okay.
