Most effective whitening toothpaste or tooth strips??
Question: I'm wanting to have my teeth a shade or two whiter without having to go for a dentist appointment. What are some of the best whitening toothpaste or tooth strips that work well and quickly?

According to good housekeepin ( august 2007) premium crest white strips are the best up to 4 shades... for toothpaste I would suggest rembrandt.
Crest White Strips always work great and they don't wear down the enamel. They are much healthier for your teeth from what I have been told, but to not use in excess.
