Do you think that braces are cool ? are they comfortable??
Question: i need help I'm getting braces next week and im scared. what should i do
Answers: A lot of people have to get braces, they may not be cool , but it's all about confidence. If you think you look good, then people are going to think you are cool, whether or not you have braces. The younger you get them, the better. I had mine when I was 7 years old, and only needed them for 6 months. 15 years later I look around and most people have crooked, discolored, and unattractive teeth... these are the people who should have got braces! I always get compliments on my smile, and am so glad that I had them. Braces are only uncomfortable when you get them tightened... but it doesn't take long for you to adjust. You may have to deal with them for a few years, but a great smile lasts a lifetime!
Ok Braces look Awsome on teenagers i had them a while ago. Make sure you take a couple asprin or advill before you go b/c they will hurt otherwise. also use the wax they give you or you will have very bad sores in your mouth. after a week or two you wont even notice them and in a year or two your teeth will be beautiful!
When you are older you will be grateful you had them. you will be much more attractive to the opposite sex. Cool! They may or may not be comfortable depending on the type you are getting. Mine only hurt when I had them tightened & that was years ago. GO FOR IT
no braces are not cool, but if you really need them, so get them, but i'm telling ya, it's a long way to go !
braces may not be cool... may be un comfortable but the looks of my teeth now verses what I would have had if I never got the braces is well worth it.
It will be strange at first but you will forget you have them on soon enough. Being scared is probably normal.... it is a little painful the first few hours but asprin takes it away easily. Think of how good your smile will be when its all done. You have much more life to be in after the braces then you will have with them on. Good Luck and keep smiling
in my opinion braces are pretty cool if you have the right colors, that is if you're getting the metal kind. trust me, they do get really sore after the first day but that'll go away by the fourth day or so. Just remember to eat soft foods at first like soup and you'll be fine.
well braces are kinda the past i mean you are still able to get them but more enhanced teeth straitning things are things like invisiligne they are removable mouth pieces molded to your teeth and they are invisible so even when you have them in your mouth it looks like your regular teeth hope that helps
This is going to sound awful but... I LOVED my braces. I couldn't wait to get them and then totally enjoyed them. I did what I had to and took care of them, I liked that I could choose all the colors and what not. Don't worry about being cool, worry about being you and that these will benefit you and only you while you are wearing them. And some people think that braces are attractive... so don't forget that too!
It's not painful to get them in. There is initial discomfort for the first week or so, but you totally get used to it. I liked having them because i could change the colors for different holidays. Still, when it was time to get them out, I was so excited. Good luck

Don't worry about it. Almost everyone I know has had them. I had them for 1 year. My friend KC told me that I looked the best with braces (so I guess I'm not cute anymore). You get to chose the colors for the bands. I think the worst part was getting the mold of your teeth. Yuck. You might experience some pain in the first few months, but it's DEFINATELY worth it. Just make sure you keep your teeth in perfect condition so that when you do get them off, you don't have white spots where the braces were. Use crest whitestrips after you get your braces off too. Makes them shine and very noticable!
