Whats the best way to keep track of working out in the summer if you are not a forceful person??


Question: i try to do craunches everyday..cant wait until i ge to a real gym i love worikng out but manual is just like wasting yor time
do crunches really work vif so what can i do to get a flatter belly i would prob sa y my waist is a 34-36 i want a 32-26
Answers: ab workouts help some but barely. Cardio is the most critical to showing off abs.
