What's the best breakfast to have if I have a full day's manual labour ahead of me??

Question: Just started new job as a fabricator, you see!
Answers: A big bowl of porridge oats followed by 2 slices of wholemeal bread. Does the trick for me, keeps me going to lunchtime.
If you get hungry take some fruit with you and eat that
proper fry up cooked in good natural fat..that will keep you full up for the best part of the day...you will use the fat as energy & not store it. if you have fruit or cereal..you will be hungry an hour or so later..not good.

new job eh? - exciting..hope it goes well!!
3 Weetabix.
when I have oatmeal with some raisins, walnuts and cinnimon in it, it lasts me for hours.
Wheat cereal and milk, and your favourite fruit (like bananas).

You might want to add some protein like baked beans, but I'd stay away from bacon. Too much fat in the morning can make your muscles ache.
They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day so make it a full one bacon eggs sausage bean etc good luck with your knew job!
If you have a seeded toast like soya and linseed and a banana with muesli with semi skimmed milk, you get protein and lots of carbohydrate for energy, and not instant energy like sugar which in fact brings you down more than before, try and avoid coffee, lots of water stops dehydration and tiredness. tap water is fine as long as it hasn't fluoride in it. then at break time more bananas and fruit. do try seeded bread it really is delicious.
scrambled eggs with cheese, waffles, bacon, and some fruit... also a glass of orange juice...
fruits, salads,sandwiches, cheese and juice
Start of with a large plate of cereal like cornflakes. this provides slow release carbs for the days toil. Then have bacon and at least three eggs fried in low fat oil, eat that with toast and marg. that will provide protein to rebuild those tired muscles. Take some fruit to work with some sandwiches with a high protein filler. Scoff the lot as you work during the day. then home and have a five course Dinner.
I have found that a good breakfast is important for you, I would suggest egg/bacon/grits/toast/hash browns, Good eating
