Is manual weighing scale reliable than digital??
Question: i'm trying to lose weight with a diet counsellor. she uses manual scale to weigh me. at home, i use digital scales. i'm lighter in weight with the manual scale and about 4 lbs. heavier on digital scales. so which do you think is more accurate : manual or digital?
Answers: The manual scale is what most Dr. offices, Hospitals and Personal trainers use. trust them.
I would say the manual scale is more accurate. Simpler and no electronics to worry about.
