Which is better- Manual Crunches or Cruches with weight machines??


Answers: The weight machine provides form to prevent you from misusing your muscles and being more soar than you need to be. Definitely the weight maching, cause you're only working with a set weight with your own bodyweight. You can change the weight on the machine.

I think crunches on your own are better - you use more muscle groups for stability. Try som pilates moves or doing crunches on the ball to really get a great ab workout.

I use the ab roller. It really helped a lot. It has a neck rest on it so you do not strain your neck.You can purchase one at Walmart or Target
