What is the best supplement/food to take if i want to build myself up up going to the gym??


Question: iam an avarage build and i do alot of manual work at my job as a builder.i have started going to the gym and doing weights.i have seen supplements on ebay,but iam not sure about them.
Answers: ok what you should do is start off with a good diet. not just protien because it will give you the craps, just stay away from soda fast food and pizza. stick with chicken, salads, fish. after doing that for like a week start with the supplements. take arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (nitric oxide precursor), multi vitamin, whey protien, and then creatine monohydrate. the no precursor helps open blood vesseles allowing more nutrients to enter your muscles. the multi vitamin help your body get everything it needs. whey helps with recovery after a workout and it bulks you up. creatine helps you store water in your muscles making you bigger and allowing you to be bigger. a great place for supplements is vitamin shoppe. great deals. if you have a question email me. rapscrapemorocks@yahoo.com
I think it would be cheaper if you just eat egg whites for protein. Protein is needed to build muscles. Of course you'll have to take the normal amount of vitamins and minerals too. Don't overdose, because it can damage your internal organs.

Then since you are only using the whites you can have your mom or sister use the yolk in their baking.
I'm not sure which if any are real safe, but try just eating plenty of protein. Eat a well balanced diet too!
Don’t waste your money on supplements!
Try eating better by changing your diet and increasing your lean protein intake to 1.5-2.0 grams per pound of your body weight. Eliminate high glucose carbs from your diet and eat oatmeal and whole grain rice for carbs instead. Your two biggest meals of the day should be breakfast and right after your workout. Try to eat 5-7 small meals through out the day as well.
Plenty of protein, chicken , fish and a suitable high carb energy bar before a work out to boost energy levels

in terms of supplements dont go for cheap as they contain poor quality protein go for something with creatine in if you want size. Try maximuscle cyclone thats a good one (if a little expensive)

Take protein powder. Its the quickest way to build muscle besides taking steroids (and dont go on the juice it shrinks your man parts!)

You can buy whey protein powder (made from milk) from health food stores and supermarkets.

Protein is the best way to build muscle and whey protein powder is one of the purest forms of protein you can get.

It tastes quite nice and you put it in milkshakes. Drink a protein powder in the morning with breakfast and one when you get home from the gym to help you repair those muscles.

I'm a petite female and i took protein powder to put on a little bit of muscle and it was great. But all the guys who take the gym sreiously take protein powder.

Just say no to the juice! (steroids) No point having a big manly body and a tiny manhood!
