What is the most powerful pain killer I can buy quickly??
Answers: the answer is paramol- it contains paracetamol and a powerfull opite called dihydrocodeine ,whicis a strong but adictive painkiller. if taken in the right way and doses you will NOT become addicted. however, as with all medicines, ask your pharmacy and make sure your not sensative to any of the ingriedients.TRUST ME, i was an addict to strong paink9illers 4 12yrs so i know w3hat im talking about!!!!Hope this was helpfull enough 4 you. just treat medicines with respect!!!!
Co-codamol is quite powerful, I think that is available now at the Pharmacy. It only used be prescribed by doctors. An alternative is Ibuprofen but is not quite as powerful.
Co-Codamol paracetamol and codeine works in approx 56 seconds! Well did with me anyway and my hubby who recently had 2 tooth abesses!!

the strongest painkiller u can buy over the counter is paramol, which is paracetamol and dihydracodeine. it is stronger than the co codamol sold over the counter. u can take 2 tabs 4 x a day and if necessary u can add 2 ibuprofen 3 x a day if ur able to take ibuprofen. that is the maximum pain relief u can get without prescription.
You can buy co-codamol (codeine & paracetamol) over the counter at Asda... Another good pk is Solpadeine - the soluble type... really works well :)

By the way co-codamol is only 5% more potent as an analgesic than paracetamol alone. It is perceived to be more potent by chronic users, who are in fact experiencing codiene withdrawal when they stop taking it!
i think in canada they sell codiene OTC
it wont do much for severe pain and the anlagesic ceiling is somewhat low ~400mg IIRC unlike other opiates if you are opiate tolerant
or you could hit your local open air market and grab a few bags of heroin

In the UK you can get 400Mg Ibuprofen - you can this at the same time as 2 Paracetamol. That's about the best you can do without a script.
