I was stiff and sore? why??
Question: I have started jogging first thing in the morning... Well this morning when I woke up I was stiff and sore in my thighs..My upper legs...LOL uhmm and sometimes even my calf muscels hurt? why?
Answers: Viagra usually gives me the same symptoms.
you are streching the muscles and tearing them slightly which means they need a recovery drink ( carbs and protein) to help them repair and make them stronger.
day two, and your already giving up?
If you just started jogging then you are stretching muscles that may not have been stretched before.
Before you go jogging, try warm-up exercises - slow, stretches to help warm your muscles before you start running.
After running, try some cool-down exercises to ease those muscles.
You could also try a warm relaxing bath for a few nights to help you recover before morning.
Good for you!
you didnt warm up or cool down properly before and after running...my guess any way.
it's called exercise and stretching your muscles, don't worry that pain is beneficial, no pain no gain
Its known as lactic acid burn, all muscles will be subject to this if they have not been challenged for a while.
The best thing to ease the soreness is to pump fresh blood through the muscles with a good brisk walk on your non training days.
Good health
Because you are not fit. You will be stiff and sore until you get used to your routine.
Don't exercise ,take my wife's advice no pain - no pain.
if you carry on doing it that will go overtime, your body just needs to get used to it
Cause You Are Working Out Those Muscles! Thats Why It Hurts! Slow Down At The Begining Dont Run Every Morning! Good Luck
