What is best way to cool down outdoors in hot weather?.??
Answers: If you are active, wear a wet, cool, bandana around your neck. Hold ice on the inside of your wrist and also put something cool around the side of your neck where the blood pumps. Wear a hat. Drink cold liquids. Wipe your face with a cool cloth. Get out of the sun. Wear light colored clothing.

Drink A LOT of cold water, wear loose clothing, & don't go outside in between 10 AM & 4 PM because it's most risky 4 heat strokes & it's the hottest, but if u have 2 go out during those times, then u know, keep hydrated & eat healthy. Keep on lotsa, lotsa sunscreen, so u won't get sunburnt. Those can also help cool u, as well, I find.
popsicles! iced tea, slip-n-slides, swimming, water balloon fight, spray eachother with a hose
Spray your feet with water
go to the pool
put a cold can of soda on the underside of your wrist. it cools your blood down which cools you down. it does it quickly because the blood there is close to the surface so it doesn't take a long time to cool down.
Drink lots of cold water and stay under the shade, also wear lose clotheing and try to eat lots of fruits. Or just don't go out side when its 2 hot . :P
Spray bottle, shade, and stay hydrated.
Hold a COLD can or glass between your wrists - your blood will cool down and circulate cooler.
