If I took an overdose on vitamin pills, what would happen??
Question: Haha, Seriously. Its not suicide. What would happen? How quickly?
Answers: depends on the vitamins.. but look up different toxicity effects from vitamin overdose...
For example vitamin D toxitity can include vomiting, diahrea, headaches, etc...
I know a girl died from eating too many carrots... she got too much of one vitamin, turned yellow and died. Strange :/
nausea, , vomiting low blood sugar which can lead to a coma if your blood sugar gets too low, just take the recommend does and lets not find out. Good luck and God bless you

you will get sick. it is imprtant to get medical attention, an overdose of a certian vitamin can cause kindney or liver failure.
u will get sick ask ur docter about this.
You definitely don't get sick but as far as what happens I'm pretty sure the excess just exits your body through urination.
