Answers: you can try yoga. but if you want to do it at home lay on your back with your butt against the wall legs in the air and let gravity strech your legs into the splits. then try placing your feet soles together and try and touch your forehead to your feet.
if you really want to get flexible fast you can try a three man stretch. you and three people, one on each leg and one behind you. they take your instruction on how far to stretch you, legs first then the person behind you pushing your torso down. you can also do a two man stretch one person in front of you squats and you place one leg on their shoulder. they stand up as much as you let them when you reach your max strech down to your foot on the floor and hold repeat for each leg. hope this helps you get a little more limber.
