Answers: diet is 80% and excercise is 20% of your results. You have to watch what you eat. Also you will have to work out cosistently. You will need discipline, determination, desire to achieve that goal. Remember to workout your core or abs everyother day give your muscles at least 36 hours to recuperate. Also try to find and excercise program that works for you. Not two people in the world are the same so, you will also have to play with your diet and see which one gives you the best results.
Crunches and a good diet works for me. Make sure you lose the fat around the stomach first otherwise it wouldn't be visible no matter how hard you work it, jogging is a good way.

im working on the same thing but I would need to train each and every day, eating the right foods and working hard every day...

you gotta do enough ab work to feel it burn, and once it starts burning you gotta pump extra hard at that time, the only real time the muscle grows.
Work hard my friend!
hire a personal trainer, a dietician, a chef, a good plastic surgeon for that lipo, etc etc etc....and doing tons and tons of abs..everyday..piece of cake....
