My girlfriend's 45 birthday??
Question: hi everyone, it's my girlfriend's 45th birthday - i'm looking to surprise her in a big way - any gift ideas, suggestions? I want her birthday to be memorable, anything unusual, innovative that I could do? thanks much!!!!

I suggest a piece of jewelery that can be engraved, i.e: A watch, or a locket so that she can remember her big day for years to come.

On my best friend's 40th birthday, her husband went ALL out! They celebrated on 2 nights. On the first he presented her with 2 dozen red roses and took her to see Phantom of the Opera , one of her most favorite things to do. Then after the play he gave her a gift of a string of pearls.
The next night he threw a surprise party at a restaurant and invited all her friends.
Now, a lot of men wouldn't choose to spend that much money (nor is it necessary to make the day memorable) But, maybe this will give you some ideas.
