Is it okay for me to buy my male best friend a birthday gift for his 22 birthday.??
Question: it is okay for guys to buy each other gifts like birthday. i need some advice.
Answers: if you and this guy have a lot of contact like getting together with friends,talk on the phone a lot, going out as friends than i dont see the harm of it as long as you two know you are strictly friends and thats the way its going to stay or you can go in on a gift together with say a few of his close friends and you can give him the gift yourself while your in the company of him and his friends and say this gift is from all of us

Don't go overboard, where it makes him feel obligated or bad if he didn't get you anything for yours, but make a nice gesture. You could buy his dinner, or if out to the movies or some event, buy his meal or drinks as a gift.

Why not? If is something he would like. My son bought a good friend, Chocolate Ding Dongs for a graduation gift because it was something his friend liked. It was funny and I am sure much enjoyed. It is nice to be remembered no matter the cost.
