My waist is starting to increase, whats the best way to lose it and get a six pack quickly??


Answers: just run...run it off..its the best.eat what ever you want. you eat a pizza today run a mile more or combination of fast walking and runing. i was 300 pounds when i started now i am 200

Workout at least three times a week, 30 minutes a day doing cardio. Also use Melaleuca's Access Bar. This bar not only burns fat but also sugar before it is converted into fat. For your diet, try to eat between 1500 to 1600 of calories a day and no more of anything you want. It's better to lose weight slowly and rather then quickly because your are more apt to keep it off. If you lose between 1 to 2 pounds per week, that's good.
Exercise. Cut back on the food intake. It's not rocket science. There's no magic cure other than getting more active and removing extraneous foods and drinks from your diet.
