Please help me! I need to tell someone that I am bulimic!??
Question: I am 14 years old,I am bulimic for 3 months now and My mom has noticed I have dropped alot of weight very quickly. She just thinks its because I only eat 2 yogurts a day,I really want to speak to her about me being Bulimic..I am so scared But I really need to,I feel so depressed and always cry and I have pain and head aches all the time, and sometimes feel as if I am going to fall into a deep sleep. How can I tell her!?
Answers: I can relate, im not into eating because of my weight, my mom notices ive dropped weight too , and i want to tell her, but afraid she'll freak, so my advice to you is sit her down and calmly tell her you arent feeling well about _____ and say you want her support, she'll most likely support you.
Ask for a chat with her, your feel much better once she knows about it, i'm sure she'll be understanding.
Um...Idk what type of mother you have, if she's calm about it, just calmly tell her when nothing to crazy is going on and you two are alone that you think you need help with an eating disorder. She won't disown you, and this is a seriosu problem you need help with.
You need to be direct. Just tell your mother what is going on and let her know that you think you need to see someone to deal with this.
Just set down with her and talk about it.
