What could this be??
Question: These are my symptoms:
-Difficulty remembering things; sometimes I forget things I was told only minutes before! My husband tells me stories over and over but I can never remember them.
-An on/off feeling of dread
-Feeling antsy , like I can't sit still
-I had a hard time learning in school because I couldn't focus; I got bored really quickly. Plus, I had a hard time understanding many subjects, and struggled in most subjects except English and German.
-Always wanting to eat, even when I'm not hungry.
-Worrying a lot
-Little motivation
I'll add more if I think of them. If it helps to know my age, I'll soon ben 28.
Answers: Depression, you want to eat because it gives you a minimum of happines, you can study languages only because you happen to like this subject, you forget, lose focus and feel now urge to do anything because you feel very dissapointed.
best technique(IMHO) is to focus on something you really like to do and try to accomplish some small tasks there, then larger ones. This will help to distract you from your dissapoint ment, give you some fun and a feeling of accomplishment, enhance your self confidence.
Later , you would feel more energetic as a result of doing the stuff you like, and can invest this energy later in doing the stuff you like less, and so on untill you're back to normal.
P.S. try to find some audience who would applause you, you might be in dire need of applause(we all need encouragement from time to time)
Also whenever you feel down or having bad thought distract yourself immediatly. keep a joke book or a funny novel beside you and whenever you start having despondent or distructive thoughts start reading it, or play some aerobics, just don`t let your mind go with the dark flow.
And always remember that when you have depression , every thing looks far worse than it is, and looks so very convincingly, so don`t trust your bad thoughts at all, it's all one big ballon of lies.

More probably it could be - Transient Global Amnesia.
You should get some professional help, that will be more helpful and accurate.
This problem is completely curable through therapy.
stop smoking that weed
This coudl be accute depression. It fits basically all your symptoms, except maybe memory loss. I hear that depression can cause you to focus less and thus, memory loss occurs, but other actions may also be reponsible.
Honestly, its better you consult a specialist. I really want to help but I don't think I can give better answers than specialist do. Sorry.
good luck
Love is omnipresence, Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.
Maybe ADD? I dont know, i think you should better see a doctor.
it sounds like a combination of things
1) short attention span/ ADD-- this could explain the difficulty remembering things (especially if it's about something that you aren't interested in), the feeling antsy , and the trouble concentrating, getting bored easily.
2) you may also have a learning disorder if you had learning difficulties
3) worrying, little motivation, and feeling of dread are symptoms of clinical depression.
If you're really worried about it, talk to a doctor or psychologist/psychiatrist.
get evaluated, you need a professional oppinion not something off the cuff online.see a psychiatrist they are MD's.psycologist's are not.i've had all those symptoms and currently take medication for depression.
Its depression, and Anxiety. First of all. it can be helped.. Second of al. ur not crazy. Everyone suffers from something like that.. just not everone is up to the task of looking at themselves to take care of it...
You need to seek profesional help hon, even knowing what is wrong won't help without treatment.
could be generalized anixety disorder, major depression, dysthymia, adhd, learning disability, hyperthyroidism, or soemthing else. check with a psychiatrist or psychologist. They can officially diagnose and treat you if you are concerned and want to change.
See a doctor maybe.. we dont have PHD's here.
As funny as this sounds, you can be suffering from the pre-stages of menopause. It can start as early as 30 years old! (I just turned 30) I was suffering from similar symptoms about 3 months ago. I started taking Estroven tablets and I am noticing a WORLD of difference. I decided to give them a try and put off my head-check at my doctors office. It's all natural so there's nothing to worry about. You can buy them at Target or Wal-mart over the counter. Go here for more info: www.estroven.com I would also suggest taking a Women's Multi-Vitamin. Not getting the proper amount of vitamins in your diet can make you feel a little out of sorts as well. Good luck!
