How can I shift my sleeping schedule weekly??


Question: I work a 3rd shift job during the week but I want to be able to enjoy the daytime on the weekends. How can I quickly shift my sleep schedule so that I'm not tired during the day and I don't have any problems falling asleep at night?
Answers: I have worked 3rd for 15 years. I have found if I sleep until around noon I can enjoy both the sunlight plus still feel good enough to go out in the evenings.
