Bad short term memory!!??


Question: I need some help regarding my short term memory loss.
The problem is that during my work or routine life, i always forget something i have wanted to do. It involves everyhting, like losing memories what i have to shop, messages i need to convey in the office, any important followup, i mean i forget minor things very quickly. I realized this when i started my undergraduation and since then i have suffered a lot but since its my job which can suffer.

Can anyone explain what is the reason behind this. If any, can anyone please suggest or give some tips to reslove this serious problem.
Answers: write stuff down on post-it notes, or things that maybe you need to buy write down, or write yourself a message to remind yourself to do something. Maybe even get a take recorder to you can record thigs fast without the hastle of writing something down. Stress and lack of sleep can also add to you forgetting stuff, so take a deep breath, maybe take up a hobby that can releave any stress you might have, and make sure you are getting enough sleep everynight. I'm only 17 but i know what i'm talking about, haha. I hope ive helped
any sort of depression can be tide over by faith in GOD and sincere prayer.

Your prayer is from your heart. Further You must have to understood the fact that God is present in our heart. This can be realised in meditation. Further we are the creation of our own destiny. As per Hindu sacred religion, we carry all good and bad deeds life after life. There is no end unless we pray for unification of self with the divineliness.
Hence there is always a possible way to complete mergence with God in this life by a simple and wonderful meditation
I tend to forget things when I am preoccupied or disorganized. It is a good practice to write things down so that you won't forget them. Moreover, providing a system to your daily routine also helps.

There are a lot of reasons for memory loss. The one I mentioned - preoccupation - is the most common. But the problem can also be physiological or psychological; if this is the case, I suggest you consult a doctor.

We all forget little things so nmeumonic exercises usually help a lot. Lists, memos, an agenda, anything where you can write in your responsibilities and later look at them to remind you what to do next.
try getting more sleep maybe.
It's simply that you have too much on your mind, the human mind can only hold a small amount of immediate information.
You need to get rid of the white noise in your head in order to function better & getting stressed only adds to the problem.

Depression can also affect your short term memory...I'd see a doctor to make sure.
maybe ur like in a way ur being afraid and showing to much attention to it so u dun pay attention 2 other things, since ur in a way being afraid to dat thing u dun wanna face da consequences if u dun do dat thing
