How to get mind cool??
Question: DUE TO TENSION NO MOOD TO READ OR WATCH MOVIE OR TO SLEEP.
Answers: believe in God and communicate to God and a prayer or meditative mood will make you happy and confident. God means he has no religion. prayer and meditation can be in any religious way or non-religious way. practice yoga. take only a little required food. do your job honestly. or the business without cheat. have always positive thoughts. negative thoughts will destroy yourself. think about others especially the poor, the orphans, the widowed, the sicks and the abandoned. if you can do a little what is possible or great what you can you will meet peace of mind. shed your all negative concepts including aggressive possessive thoughts of wealth or assets. be contended with what you have and strive for the better which is justifiable. dont be a slave to consumerism......awake in the early morning have a walk with clean mind....if you can, practice naturopathy or at least avoid meat, oil, salt, take as much leaves and fruits you can...yes, you will have peace of mind. PEACE OF MIND IS A WAY OF LIFE.
