Try to take an optimistic veiw on life. It really helps.
Confidence and cool. Well.. why do u want that? It works for some and may not work for others. Not everyone can be the alpha male. Sometimes just being yourslef works out best. =) BUt to be confident. Keep reminding yourself of the times you've succeeded. Helps.
