I feel scared to even go to unknown places.??
Question: I need to go the mall to buy gifts but i feel very scared and i also need to get a haircut haven't in a long time. This seems nonsensical what I'm saying but i just really feel uncomfortable in certain places , i don't feel anxious but more so extremely insecure/paranoid. I am on medication, seeing a therapist , but any extra advice on what i am feeling would help me too.
Answers: Your just worried about people judging you, staring at you makes you think something is wrong with you. Whatever you take don't take welbutrin that will numb you and make you worse it sedates you. Focus on feeling good and see all the positive in you and feel it when you go out. Positive affimations throughout the day. God Bless!
people are not trustable and it may make it hard to go out......etc. etc. but they can be good too. just go and deal with the feelings when it comes.

Sounds like whatever medication you are taking may not be working so well. Call your doc. Tell them what is going on. You probably will need an appointment. I was so anxious that sometimes I would drive to the grocery store and leave before going in. Once the doc got the right combo of medication, I've been doing great almost all the time.
