Answers: it's anxiety.i wouldn't worry to much unless your having heart aches, or pain. or if you can't sleep at night take some sleeping pills if that doesn't work then i suggest to see your doctor.
You may be drinking or eating something with caffeine after 5:00 PM; you may be under too much stress during the day; you might just have a problem with anxiety or panic disorder. talk to your doctor. He or she may recommend something to take occasionally to help you sleep. Remember the word occasionally, as some sleeping aids can be addictive.
This is self inflicted. How is your diet? How is your caffeine/nicotine/alcohol/drug intake? How long has this been happening? What have you tried to do? Etc................
You will need to see a Doctor to find out. Also you need to be more specific more about your complaints and your lifestyle. Have you been loosing weight, do you have an increased or decresed appetite etc.It may be a thyroid problem, it may be something else.
Maybe insomnia or anxiety, but see a doctor for help.
you are probably working too much!!
This could be a panic attack or just general anxiety. Nicotine and/ or caffeine can greatly contribute to this, so you need to stop smoking and/ or drinking caffeine to see if it is contributing to your sleeping problems.
Assistance for getting over this problem could include:
meditation for relaxation purposes, changing your diet, and you can even get a self help book on anxiety issues.
if nothing works then go see your doctor and he or she may prescribe you anxiety medication or sleeping pills.
Anxiety. You are probably overworked or ruminating on something. See a psych. Anxiety is one of they few things psychs are good for and about anyone can help you with it. I suggest a psychaiatrist as opposed to a psychologist if you want meds. They are a good place to start because they can give you meds to get you started and counsel or refer you to someone else to deal with the underlying issues.
you could be anxious or have sleep apnea=see a Dr
