For those of you that practice meditation??
Question: I was practicing meditation and just came out of a state I can only describe as 'deep' meditation. I was concentrating on disconnecting my mind and felt a light tingling. All of a sudden I felt strong vibrations, tingling and pulsing. I don't know if my heartbeat increased because I lost all track of time but I think it did. The whole experience lasted about twenty minutes, according to my bedroom clock. Is this 'good?' And how should I continue meditation?
Answers: The Higher Self is immortal and is not influenced by time... so your experience is not surprising. You are doing fine. Just continue as you have been.
