Answers: An autrorefractor is not usually accurate, but it does give the Dr. a starting point when doing his or her exam.
According to your auto refaction:
your right eye vision is okay except for the astigmatism. (your eye is not round it is more football shaped.
your left eye is slighly myopic (nearsighted) and it also has astigmatisim.
your spherical equivlent (SE) is the same in both eyes. ( both your eyes would be abought the same perscription
The PD Pupulary distance is just how far apart in mm your pupils are from the center of one to the center of the other.

Those look like the results from an autrorefractor... I definetly would not order a perscription based on that, they can be highly inaccurate, you need to a comprehensive eye exam in a room where the doctor is asking you what you can see on a wall... this is also known as a subjective eye examination

yeha thats the results take the total number of the r which is right add it then divide it by the age i think is how it goes and then do the left the same way but yeah go to your dr to make sure i am only a medical office assistant

You have astigmatism in your right eye. You are a little nearsighted with also some astigmatism in your left eye.
If you get glasses you will see much better when you drive, especially at night. Get a Crizal coating as well if you have problems with glare.
Contact lenses might help you as well, but in this case I think your vision with glasses will be better.
Also, you can't depend 100% on an autorefraction for your prescription. It could overestimate what you really need. You may actually be farsighted with astigmatism if the autorefraction overminused you.
Have the eye doctor do a subjective refraction to tweak it just right.
ask your eye doctor...i don`t think anyone on the internet is trained to read that, unless they are an optometrist, but you can`t prove it true, so ask a professional you can personally talk to.
