My eyes hurts, can anyone tell me why or what it is??
Question: i woke up this morning and my right eye was hurting. it isnt my whole eye, its more towards the inside corner. when i have my eye closed and touch where it hurts, i can feel some kind of a bump. it isnt huge or anything, but it isnt there on my other eye. just blinking hurts and touching it is so painful. my vision isn't really infected, so that's good. but would anyone know why my eye is hurting or what may be causing it? thanks!
Answers: You could still have a stye, even if you can't see the bump I think. Or you could just have an eye infection. Touching something germy and putting your fingers in or near your eyes can transfer infection. You could also have a clogged tear duct. If it doesn't go away in a few days or a week, then you'll have to see a doctor to figure it out. A stye should go away by then.
i have the same problem and it's in my right eye also. i think i am gonna call and make an appointment with the dr. today. my vision is blury in that eye.
Sounds like a stye, very normal. And it will make your eye hurt. Good for you for noticing you have that bump. All you have to do is go to an optometrist (a general practice dr may be able to help too) They can give you an optical ointment to help reduce the inflamation and discomfort. But they are very common, so no worries.
I believe that you watch too much T.V or playing too much video games or stare too long at the computer monitor. Just rest for a while and it will be ok.
sounds like a stye, or a scratch on your cornea. the stye will go away on its own. if its a scratch, then it should go away in a few days but if u wear contacts, i would wear glasses for about a week. just watch for signs of an eye infection.
