Answers: That would depend on your face, black will be far more universal, as it goes with any skin/hair/eye colour quite well, tortoise is a little bit more restricted. Also black suits a wider range of ages also, where as tortoise seems more suited to older people, but really its personal preference, if you can try them both on take a look in the mirror, and you may find that you dont like the frames! In which case you will be back to square one.
