How do i forge a signature for a physical??
Question: i need mine and i don't have an appt. in time so what do i put in for like my heart rate., etc. ?

Answers: Definatly DO NOT DO IT!!!! I am sure they will verify especially if its something important (which i hope it is if you are willing to forge a doctors sig.) One of our patients tried to forge our doctors sig and the police came to our office and everything. I think the doctors are required to file charges.

first off forging signatures for tests isn't that bad and all but a doctors! either way they are both illegal! if you get caught i think you could go to jail or get fined or something no joke its totally not worth it if you do it its gotta be really good and doctors always have terrible handwriting (;
