How healthy is it to have an orgasm??

Question: Ok a friend got me a vibrator as a gag gift for my birthday and I'm wondering how often it is ok to use it. I know having sex is healthy if you're safe about it because it's excercise and hormones are realeased to help you look and feel better. But i don't know if having an orgasm everyday is healthy or not.
Answers: It is 100% healthy
what am about to say is really strange but u talking about having sex makes u look better..... now, prostitutes have alot of sex!!! they all look like ****, now either that could be the sex or well... something else. well anyways..... i think masturbating is not bad at all. it helps get rid of stress!
Hmm this is a good question and I'm wondering what the answer is myself.....
Physically, having at LEAST one a day is nothing you should worry about (more than that is okay too).

But too much of anything is not good. If you got to where you were doing it 20 times a day and couldn't live without it, well then that would not be healthy (it would be unhealthy MENTAL behavior, mostly).

EDIT:
But if you got to where you needed it 20 times a day, well... Just let me know : )

(I'm a guy, I had to say it)
Of course it is!!! I have at least....at least..one everyday so what's the problem.

Orgasms are good for the body, mind and soul so your cool!!
Having an orgasm every day? You can sure have more than that!
lol yes the more the merrier humans have been doing it often for a very long time its not unhealthy no matter how much you do it, (unless were alking psychology). might cost you alot in duracell tho
ahha yes it is healty! its actually good for you when you have your period

gets rid of your cramps better
There is nothing bad about it. You can use it as much as you want to =] It doesnt matter how much you do it, b./c its not unhealthy or anything.
